it includes everything listed in the description and comes with an easy to read manual to help you configure your watch.
the band is very long (I have a small wrist), it does wrap around to reach the other side of the face, so it can fit anyone's wrist easily.
I wear it everyday, it is comfortable-- I have no trouble with it, anyway. it is very cute and practical! :D
